" We tried the Wild Mushroom Stroganoff. Delicious with a very elegant flavor. I had some leftover pork roast that I cut up and ,mixed in and it really elevated our leftovers to something special! "

The pictures were taken at a Horseshoe Lake campsite the evening of June 29th. We were cooking for four.

"So, we stopped in with kids and grandkids for lunch yesterday. Sampled the Camp Chow while we waited; best camp food we've ever had; kids bought quite a bit. Took home pumpkin and gingerbread syrups, fed them to kids and grandkids on waffles last night. Both a big hit. We know what everyone will be getting in food baskets at Christmas. Really good stuff." 7/6/12
